What is your returns policy?
For digital orders, there is a 60 day money back guarantee. For physical products, the 60 day guarantee also applies. All returns require an RMA # before processing can proceed. External links will have their own policy in place.
How long will it take for my package to arrive?
Digital orders are delivered immediately after purchase, and are also emailed to you. You may wish to check your spam folder to ensure your login details have not been emailed there.
Physical product orders will be dispatched in 5-14 working days (depending on where in the world you are). Your package will be sent with UPS, Fedex, and/or the USPS and can take up to 21 days and you will be sent a shipping notification once your parcel has been dispatched which will contain your tracking information.
